The Orders Chancery

The Chancery of the Royal Orders of Knighthood is located in the Royal Palace in Stockholm, adjacent to the Halls of the Orders. The Chancery handles matters pertaining to the conferral of the Swedish Royal Orders of Knighthood and the royal medals. Of those serving at Royal Orders of Knighthood, Senior officers are appointed by the Grand Master, i.e. H. M. the King, and officers appointed by the Chancellor of the Order.

In charge of producing and painting Seraphim shields. Assists the intendent in arranging and displaying a selection of seraphim shields in the Halls of the Orders as well as arranging the shields displayed in Riddarholm Church.
